The Flying Scot Sailing Association accepted North Cape Yacht Club's invitation to host their 2022 North American Championship and July 9-14 was chosen as the date for this regatta. A Flying Scot is a 19' daysailer that is sailed throughout North America. Fifty-one skippers from seventeen different states have registered for the NAC.

It is with great excitement that the Royal Western Yacht Club announce a new race to its 4-year cycle of oceanic events. The Round Iceland Yacht Race (RIR) - first edition - will start on Sunday 14th May 2023 from Plymouth Sound National Marine Park.
