GUINNESS® CLUB TOGETHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. To register as a member of the Club Together Scheme ("the Scheme") you must be a resident in mainland United Kingdom, aged 18 or older and be the licensee, landlord, manager or nominated representative or employee of a non-professional rugby club ("Club"). You may submit an application for membership online at www.guinness-clubtogether.com (the "Scheme's Website"). The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, refuse to grant membership to any applicant. Only one Scheme member per Club. Successful applicants shall receive an individual membership number by post.
  2. The Scheme entitles the member to participate in a variety of offers, promotions and competitions on behalf of its Club which shall appear from time to time on the Scheme's Website and which shall include the Scheme's Keg Caps Promotion (the "Keg Caps Promotion"). In addition, each member may receive on behalf of its Club, from time to time, and at the Promoter's discretion, free point of sale items. Such items may include GUINNESS® branded bar runners, drip mats, tournament fixture posters, tournament fixture lists and/or bunting.
  3. Please note that offers, promotions and competitions that are featured on the Scheme Website may be changed at any time without notice. In relation to the Keg Caps Promotion, this includes the number of keg caps required to receive any of the items (each a "Keg Cap Item") featuring in the Keg Caps Promotion.
  4. All offers, promotions and competitions are subject to these Terms & Conditions. The Keg Caps Promotion is also subject to the "Keg Caps Promotion Terms & Conditions" which can be accessed via http://www.guinness-clubtogether.com/kegterms. All other offers, promotions and competitions may also be subject to additional terms and conditions.
  5. Each member shall be required to quote its membership number when participating in any Scheme offer, promotion or competition. All gifts, offers, prizes or Keg Cap Items given under the Scheme are subject to availability and no cash alternatives are available.
  6. The Promoter and its agents accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury caused by, or resulting from, participation in the Scheme.
  7. A member may call 0845 6014558 (the "Scheme Hotline") in the event that their membership number is lost or stolen to obtain a replacement number.
  8. A member may terminate its membership of the Scheme at any time by calling the Scheme Hotline. On receiving such a call, the Promoter will arrange for termination of the member's membership with immediate effect. On termination, the member's membership number will be deactivated and the member will no longer be entitled to participate in the Scheme. Once the member has terminated its membership, another representative of the Club of the former Scheme member may apply to register as a member of the Scheme in accordance with Clause 1 of these Terms & Conditions provided the new applicant meets the requirements contained therein. If the new applicant is successful, the membership number issued by post will be different to the one issued previously to the former Scheme member.
  9. Members are responsible for obtaining permission to participate in the Scheme from their employers (where applicable) and for any Income Tax or National Insurance liability incurred through participating in the Scheme. Members are advised to check their own tax position. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter shall not be liable for any Income Tax, National Insurance liabilities or other liabilities incurred by the member and/or their Club through participating in the Scheme. The member agrees to indemnify fully the Promoter and, if applicable, its agents, from and against any and all taxes and liabilities incurred by the Promoter and/or its agents as a result of the member's membership of the Scheme.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel any membership if it suspects the member is guilty of misconduct or fraudulent behaviour which the Promoter reasonably believes may be detrimental to the Scheme and/or its other members or to the integrity of the Promoter.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions and/or terminate or temporarily suspend the Scheme at any time without notice and with immediate effect provided that the Promoter shall not exercise its right under this clause unreasonably.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend all offers, promotions and competitions in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control.
  13. The Scheme and these terms are governed by English Law. By applying to join the Scheme the member accepts these Terms & Conditions.
